The CrossFit Laguna Niguel Run Club is an all-encompassing group that is a fun extension of our fitness community. All paces and ability levels are welcome in the club and there are three main goals:

  • Make running more enjoyable - running with a group is always better than by yourself!
  • Set and reach running goals - whether it is to complete your first 5k or marathon, run faster or just hate running less
  • Become a better runner while staying injury-free

Every Wednesday we post the run's meeting area with directions on the CrossFit Laguna Niguel Facebook page. The runs are held Sunday mornings from 8-10 am and vary in distance and intensity. Also, the club participates in race events quarterly and members regularly challenge themselves with 5K, 10K, half marathons and even full marathons!

If you are not a member of CrossFit Laguna Niguel you can still be a part of our club by signing up for an annual club membership.
