Whether you are an active athlete or someone who needs re-conditioning after an extended period of inactivity, our team of coaches is fully committed to helping you realize your personal health/fitness goals.

When training athletes, CrossFit Laguna Niguel's main areas of focus are:

  • Fitness
    – Stabilization comes first followed by strength, flexibility, stamina, endurance, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy. The movements and exercises we use combine bodyweight calisthenics with weightlifting, gymnastics and cardiovascular exercise. The movements we teach are functional (mimic movements in real life and sports), and our workouts are HIGH INTENSITY and CONSTANTLY VARIED.
  • Nutrition
    – From losing weight to peak performance, what you eat is responsible for at least 60% of your results in health and fitness training. Our Coaches work with you on developing a unique nutrition program that fits with your life schedule with emphasis on eating habits, food choices, shopping, planning and preparation.
  • Injury Prevention
    – We have a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy on our team because we feel strongly that there is no sense in training hard if you cant consistently perform due to injury. ALL classes begin and end with an organized period of stretching to increase flexibility, range of motion and overall mobility.
  • Motivation / Accountability
    – Do you set personal fitness goals and then defeat yourself when seeking to achieve them? Do you routinely go to the gym yet fail to see any noticeable results? Our coaching staff will assist you in establishing realistic goals and then hold you accountable for their achievement. We will help you realize the fullest potential that is currently trapped inside your old habits but you must commit to hold yourself accountable to the class schedule, fellow athletes and the goals you establish for yourself! Our instructors will help keep you on track and REALIZE RESULTS!
